Special moves
A special move is an item that needs more than a blanket and a strap: weight, balance, or a rule against tilting. A piano, a safe, a large aquarium, rehab equipment, or a glass cabinet belongs here.

How we prepare
We ask for measurements, weight if you know it, and a photo of the opening. We check the elevator, the turn, and the pavement. If a hoist or an extra pair of hands is required, it is in the quote, not discovered on the stairs.
We do not dismantle a piano or open a safe. The item travels whole, protected, and is set down where you marked.
What to send
The type of item, the floor at both ends, whether there is a wide elevator, and whether the street is narrow. Without that we cannot tell a normal move from a hoist job.

The scope of responsibility is written in the quote before the job. Do not assume every object is covered the same way.

Yes. The special item is its own line inside the same move.
