The details are used to reply, quote, and perform the move. To delete an enquiry that has not become a job, call 054-803-7323 and give the number you used.

1. Definitions

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

• "Website Administration" — authorized personnel managing moviline.co.il who organize and/or process personal data and define the purposes and scope of such processing.
• "Personal Data" — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• "Processing of Personal Data" — any action or set of actions performed with or without automation on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction.
• "Confidentiality of Personal Data" — a requirement for the operator or any person with access to personal data not to disclose it without the subject's consent or another lawful basis.
• "Website User" — any person who accesses the Site via the Internet and uses it.

2. General Provisions

2.1. Use of moviline.co.il means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing.

2.2. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Site.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to moviline.co.il. The Administration is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site.

2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by Users.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy defines the obligations of the Administration to protect the confidentiality of personal data provided when submitting a request, asking for a consultation, or leaving feedback.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Policy is provided by the User through the Site form and may include:

• the User's name;
• contact phone number;
• email address, if provided;
• moving addresses and other details required for pricing and service delivery.

4. Purposes of Collecting Personal Information

4.1. The Administration may use personal data to:

• identify the User who submitted a form and/or enter into an agreement;
• contact the User, including notifications and responses regarding the Site, services, and requests;
• confirm the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by the User.

5. Methods and Terms of Processing

5.1. Processing of personal data is carried out for an unlimited period by lawful means, including with or without automation.

5.2. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Administration informs the User accordingly.

5.3. The Administration takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, or other unlawful actions.

5.4. Photos uploaded through the moving quote form are stored for no more than 7 days and are used only to calculate the price and arrange the move. After that, the files are deleted automatically.

6. Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User must provide personal information necessary to use the Site and submit service requests or feedback.

6.2. The Administration must:

• use received information only for the purposes stated in section 4;
• keep confidential information private and not disclose it without the User's prior written consent;
• take precautions to protect the User's personal data according to standard business practice.

7. Liability

7.1. The Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of confidential information if such information:

• became public before its loss or disclosure;
• was received from a third party before the Administration received it;
• was disclosed with the User's consent.
